With hearts rooted deeply in faith and service, Pastors Vandrix and Tressa Ruffin are a kingdom-minded, Spirit-empowered ministry team walking in divine alignment and covenant purpose. United in both marriage and mission, they embody a shared commitment to walking in God’s purpose and empowering others to do the same.

Pastor Tressa L. Ruffin, the visionary and Senior Pastor of Blaze Setters Ministries, leads with a prophetic and apostolic anointing, matched with the powerful gifting of administration. She holds a Master’s degree in Biblical Studies and has faithfully served in nearly every area of ministry within the local church. Her decades of leadership, spiritual mentorship, and hands-on service have shaped her into a dynamic, compassionate, and trusted voice in the Body of Christ. Pastor Tressa is known as God’s "Top Gun"—a spiritual leader uniquely anointed to hold others accountable and call them to higher standards of holiness, integrity, and excellence. Her preaching, teaching, and worship inspire people to pursue deeper relationship with Christ and confidently walk in their God-given identity and purpose.

Pastor Vandrix R. Ruffin serves as Co-Pastor of Blaze Setters Ministries with wisdom, humility, and a deep commitment to biblical truth. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and brings a powerful balance of analytical thinking and spiritual insight to the ministry. From the early age of four, Vandrix was personally mentored by the late Rev. W.M. Green of St. Pete's Baptist Church in Shreveport, Louisiana. Rev. Green invested countless hours teaching him how to study, interpret, and rightly divide the Word of God with reverence and clarity. This foundation ignited a lifelong passion for Scripture and spiritual leadership. Gifted as a watchman, Pastor Vandrix is a discerning and protective presence, covering the ministry with intercession, wisdom, and unwavering faith.

Together, Pastors Vandrix and Tressa Ruffin are devoted to building a Christ-centered community where faith is lived, love is practiced, and purpose is ignited. They serve through preaching, mentorship, deliverance, prophetic teaching, and transformative conferences.
